COMMANDMENT 3: REMEMBER TO KEEP HOLY THE LORD’S DAY
1. The Day of the Lord and not a day of rest

God the Father: My first commandment orders you to obey all other commandments. My second commandment orders you to use your lips only for the glory of God. The third commandment orders you to devote one day a week to the glory of God. Write so.
Sunday is the first day of all days because it belongs to God and is a day offered to God by Himself. The earthly time is divided into weeks, in which man should devote every seventh part to God, to give Him glory and thanks for the given graces. It is a day of propitiation for committed sins and obtaining graces for the following days. On this day, man should stop all earthly work and turn his eyes, thoughts, and heart to God. This is not a day of rest, but a day of the Lord, which means that the teaching of the third commandment is wrong, because it emphasizes rest and not the glory of God. It sounds precisely like this: “Remember to keep holy the Lord’s Day.” I Myself sanctified this day, refraining from all creative works, but I looked at the work that I have accomplished. This way, I gave an example to man that no matter how important the work he performs, the seventh day is a day of thanksgiving for the work of creation and the blessing of God. Thus, I interrupted My work, but not because it was tiring Me, nor because I made any profit from it. I interrupted it to see how everything that I have created gives Me glory.
The seventh day is not a day of rest, as you are wrongly taught. Sunday is not a day of relaxation, sport, social or cultural meetings. Sunday is the day of the Lord established by God; that is, the day of God. This means that this day should be entirely dedicated to God for glory. Man gives glory to God above all through prayer. Man gives Me the greatest glory by participating in the sacrifice of the Passion and of the death of My Son, and thus the prayer of God Himself offering a sacrifice for mankind. How can you not be there? Isn’t this the greatest disregard for God that man is capable of? I gave you six days to take care of earthly affairs, but I took one day for Myself, so that all creation would glorify God for the work of creation and Redemption. The sacrifice of the Holy Mass is the basic, first and unique in its kind form of praising Me, because in it God-Man praises Me in a perfect way. And thus, this Sacrifice is perfect, agreeable and pleasing to God, while all other human sacrifices are imperfect because they are offered by imperfect beings inherently wounded by sin.
This is the Supreme Sacrifice and it is not offered for every human being by man, speaking words, but God, shedding His own Blood in agony. This sacrifice is bloodless, but real; invisible in its infinite power and majesty, but real and visible enough in the earthly conditions so that everyone could participate in it and give glory to God.
When God-Man apologizes with his own Blood for the sins of man, this man should at least show up next to the cross to be sure that this Sacrifice is also offered for his sins and his fault will be propitiated before God the Creator. A sinful man should unite himself with the cross of Christ and call to God: “It is for me, it is for my sins that Your Son is dying so! So accept His Sacrifice for me and forgive me!” A sinful man should accept the grace that the Son of God obtains for him on the cross. He should receive it in the form of the Holy Spirit entering into the human heart with the sanctifying grace through the holy sacraments of the Church.
At least that much is owed to God for the work of creation and Redemption of man, and all this is done through dignified and full participation in the Holy Mass in the day dedicated to God for His exclusive glory. Tell Me now, how many inhabitants of Earth are observing the third commandment?
– A handful. Few.
This is My greatest tragedy as a Creator. I redeemed the erring mankind by sending My Son on the cross, and it does not want to receive Redemption. Such a great Sacrifice, infinite in its power and pain, passes unnoticed by mankind, which enjoys itself so well and rests so zealously that it is unable to lift its eyes up to God dying for it on the cross. This is the breaking of the third commandment. Ignorance grown into cruelty. Ignorance developed in human hearts to the level of cruelty towards God. Nourished by laziness, feeding of the senses and passions, self-love and idolization of man. I bless you, daughter.
2. Time for reflection and meeting with God in silence

God the Father: The holy day should be entirely dedicated to My glory: beginning with prayer, participation in the Sacraments and services of the Church, and also by the exploration of My Will and mysteries by reflecting upon the Holy Scriptures, reading pious books and contemplating My Word. There must be a time in the life of a man in which he dwells in thought beside God and realizes in this way who he is and what he is seeking. Do the deeds he performs during the week bring glory to God? Does he use the time he received from God in a wise way? Isn’t he wasting it on foolish and superfluous matters? If on Sunday he does not find time for reflection, his life will pass quickly and he will not even have time to think about it, let alone prepare for death.
I want this day to be different from all others. I want to be first especially on this day. I want to receive thanks for all the graces you have received from Me in previous days. Will they be noticed at all? The world made Sunday into a feast of meetings and common entertainment, and I would like to meet with the human soul on this day one on one. Only silence will make it possible for man to hear Me. During the week, the amount of duties and matters of the modern man does not give him the opportunity to commune with Me in silence. My voice is therefore drowned out by inventions that are supposed to make man’s life easier and expedite all activities. However, while doing so, they engage the mind of man so far that he is no longer able to pray at work.
So leave Me one day. Let it be a day for Me. For My glory and for My joy. You did not respect My holiday, so now you are forced to work without interruption. It is your fault because you did not respect My Will. Schools, parks, entertainments, cinemas and other places devoted to man take away from Me your time and your attention on this day, and television takes away receives the rest that remains. So when should I speak to you and when will you give Me glory?
You have become slaves through your own sins. You do not have holidays anymore, because you have made comfort and entertainment your god. When you worked less, you were faring better. Now you have everything, but you are poor because you do not have what is most important. You sold your faith, your families, martial love, loyalty, peace, freedom and precious time for full shelves, refrigerators and garages.
You have erred, My children, and you have been deceived, taking and taking without restraint, when everything that was the most precious to you was carried out behind your backs. Now you lack My blessing because all household members are breaking My Law. You entered yourselves into captivity, in which holidays and joyful respites were taken away from you, and now you call to Me: what should we do to teach our children and not lose our jobs? I will answer you: Return to Me with all your heart. Remember the Law you have pledged to obey, and do not irritate Me with your complaining, because you have rejected My days off, fearing people more than God. You despise My Law, and later you complain about oppressors. If you value people more than God, what reward do you expect? You go under the rule of people since you have despised God. I bless you, daughter, in the name of Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
3. Work in the Day of the Lord

God the Father: I want man to live his life consciously. My enemy seeks to make man instinctual and thoughtless. So he would act solely for his own benefit and glory, live for his own convenience, and only care for his own worldly happiness. He succeeded in this to a large extent. The dizzying rush of the world towards damnation is only interrupted by Sundays with their ringing bells, people dressed in their Sunday best on the way to the Church, and processions, which are very few. The view of a Catholic priest disturbs the joyful jumping into the abyss. These are real obstacles to spending time thoughtlessly. Time, which flows inexorably fast. From amusement to amusement. From vacation to vacation. Think, My child, if there is less and less of these signs of God’s presence, and Sunday ceases to be Sunday, the last obstacles on mankind’s wide path to Hell disappear from the world.
That is why it is so important to observe Sunday as a holy day entirely dedicated to God. Since signs are ceasing to call out to mankind, My children should be sings in the world by refusing public entertainment on the holy day, which is organized in honor of other deities on that day, to take away from Me the exclusivity of glory received on that day. By entering a store on Sunday, you support the sin of those who sacrificed this day for money. Thereby, you say: “I am not a Catholic.” Who is a Catholic today? What values does he profess? What are his commandments? Catholicism has become such a relative religion, as if God, who revealed it, did not really know what He truly wants. I have never been vague, and My words have always been simple.
So what if you do not work for a profit on Sunday, if you force others to work and you wish to satisfy all your desires at My expense? Only work for My glory is possible and allowed, work that brings spiritual good to people and glory to Me through the fruits of this work. This cannot be said for any form of work, which has the form of a hobby and brings joy to the one doing it. So what? I should be pleased on this day. So regardless of whether this work is a joy or a burden for man, if it does not bring Me glory on this day and I am not its direct reason, it is work that should be done on any other day, so as not to take away from Me the thoughts and the heart of man on the day of My feast.
If you are unable to judge these things, look at the fruits. You will always recognize the truth by the fruits, whether the fruits of the efforts made on Sunday are dedicated to Me and whether they taste good to Me. This will give you clarity in these times of darkness. So if the priests work the most on Sundays, they do it for My glory and their work is blessed because its fruits are intended for Me and they bring Me glory. But cinemas, ice cream parlors, shops, bazaars, and other places are not directed to My benefit and even if a walk in the bazaar did not seem a sin to you because you are not buying, it is a sin because the foot of a Catholic should not step on it on My holy day. Remember this well, weigh your deeds according to what I told you. Do not be guided by human considerations, but My glory. Give Me an example of your loyalty. I bless you in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
4. Day of respite for the soul and the body

God the Father: I want Sunday to be a longed-for day of respite for you, when not only your bodies are resting to free your souls from the concerns of everyday life, but also your minds are resting free from worries. Sunday is a day of joy. On that day, the thoughts of man should move away from the matters of this world, and move towards heavenly, eternal and joyful matters. Hence, I encourage you on that day to read pious books, to contemplate My Word. I am looking for the soul in the silence of her reflections. The human soul rests best in God. Let your family circle be a joy for you, but leave yourselves time on that day for blissful silence with Me.
I am not the enemy of rest. I want you to rest, but not as the world proposes to you. Man rests best in loneliness and silence. He truly rests when he is left alone. Every man knows how he regenerates best and fastest. Everyday worries, buzz, constant struggle, and haste, as well as all kinds of hardships, leave man sad, irritable and often so tense that a small matter is enough to get him out of balance. Rest in silence is a necessity to move away all these worries and distance oneself from them. Already after a few hours of silence, man becomes stronger, calmer and joy returns to his heart. It is I who pour new strength and hope into him, spending time with him one-to-one.
The soul must drink from God. Constant activity leads man to great nervousness because he cannot draw solace from communing with Me. Give Me your Sundays, and I will fill you with My peace. The world commands you to enjoy your free time and do a lot of superfluous things, which you do not feel like doing at all. You do not realize that you are living, as it were, contrary to yourselves, performing things that you have been commanded as those, which will make you happy and will make in sort that your free time will be well spent. Hence, you are forced to do sports, visit interesting places, meet interesting people, concerts, exhibitions, adventures and entertainment, while the human soul above all desires peace and love. You come back to your homes and you are empty and frustrated more than before leaving them, because the world does not satisfy the soul of man. It only reaches his ambitions, senses, and lusts. It leaves the soul hungry and thirsty.
I am asking you to take My words to your heart. Whoever does not respect the third commandment does not respect God. It is never worth it to break this commandment for any gain. Avoid people who want to break it on this day, so as not to be yield to their prompting. Be faithful in your conscience by refusing the devil to do business on this day. Remember that Satan always tempts you to sin, pushing the boundaries of sin in your minds further and further through justifications, exceptional circumstances and false love of your neighbor. If it is not allowed, it is not allowed. Do not bend My Will to your whims, because this justifies you only before yourselves, but not before Me. Do not deceive yourselves by sinning. A sin is a sin, and only I can assess its severity. Be as faithful towards Me as you would like Me to be faithful towards you. Avoid opportunities for sin, steer clear from afar of shops and cafes, as well as those shops where you buy without leaving your home, and you will remain loyal to Me and happy at the hour of your death. Amen.
