With My almighty help, you are able and will desire to fast. Make use of this great grace, which I give you through these Messages, because together with them I give you the grace of fasting. To anyone who will approach these reflections with a sincere desire to fast and a pure heart, I will grant the grace of fasting on bread and water. 1. Fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays

Mother of God:  Daughter, one should not fast so, as not to be able to complete the fast. Then, when you impose upon yourself too quickly too big a penance, you get easily discouraged, because you can not fulfill your own promises. I require a two-day fast: on Wednesday and on Friday. If you offer Me these two days, I will be very happy. However, I would like it then to be a true fast. Two days, but of a true fast, with bread and water. You make decisions in a very reckless way under the influence of emotions, and the promises given to God should be thought out. You must not throw words to the wind towards God, who is so faithful that He fulfills every word given to us, and us…, we rarely give what we promise.

 

3. Fast in the intention of the motherland – Wednesday

Mother of God:  I want to announce to the world My Will towards Poland, which I have chosen and which loves Me more than other nations. My entire kingdom is covered with fog. My sons do not see the storm that is approaching towards it. You are as if asleep. Your hearts are Polish, are Mine, but your eyes do not belong to Me anymore, your lips speak against Me.

Poles, My beloved children, wake up! You have to see through and turn to Me in prayer. I do not want to be the Mother and the Queen of a nation, which does not give due worship to My Son. Be faithful to the faith of your fathers. Do not follow the worldly fashion, because it never brought you yet anything good. Poland has always been a refuge for the lost ones, where they could find truth and faith in the living God. Now you yourselves are lost and are going in a faulty direction. I, your Mother, come to you on these lands in order to admonish and to warn you. I am not a Mother only to intercede for you, but also to reprimand you when you do not obey My voice. Although Poland is My beloved daughter, I have to say to her words of reprimand and warning:

Dearest daughter, I am a Mother to you for already so many generations, and now you are denying Me? You forsake your own Mother for trinkets? Daughter, return to Me and choose gifts from My motherly treasury. Do not take from your enemies, because they seek your destruction. The enemies of My Son are looking to loot you, and you in your naivety and blindness do not think at all about the consequences of your carelessness. My only daughter, I always advocated for you and I will not forsake you even when you will be insulting Me, because having loved you once with My maternal love, for the sake of the fidelity of your ancestors, I preserved you in My Heart, but you have to see through. My efforts alone will not be enough. Without you, My children, I can not do anything. Poland is chosen and privileged in grace. This grace can not be squandered. I speak to the entire Polish nation. The heart of Poland is in My Heart. By denying your own Mother you become worse than pagans, who did not get to know My maternal care. For you, I care for centuries and I intercede with God for your children.

Search for your children, Poland. Save them because they bring you disgrace in foreign countries, renouncing their own faith and embracing pagan customs. Satan conquers easily these lost souls. Get back your children, Poland, because too easily you allowed them to depart to foreign gods, contradicting the faith in Christ. Too little you value your own blood; too little you love your children. Offer Me your children, because I want to assemble them all besides Me. I want them to return home and no longer give themselves over to pernicious practices in foreign lands. Do not let out your children to destruction. Protect the new generation. Return home. Your hearts are not like their hearts. You will never know happiness in exile. The heart of a Pole always belongs to Me, and among all My children I always recognize your hearts, so lost and deceived. Return to your roots. My children, even if you were pretending that you are the same as others, whom you desire to imitate in everything, you are not such and you will never be. Build your own country instead of selling out your inheritance for a handful of pieces of silver. Poland, be faithful to Me.

I wish to assemble all your hearts beside Me. I want to unite you and to arouse you to action. In My name, you will go to the nations of the world and you will proclaim the glory of My Son and His rightful royal honor. In My name, you will proclaim and cross all bridges. I want you to remember that when you act in My name, you always have Me as your Mother and advocate with God.

(…) Tell the priest to set a day of prayer for the Homeland. On this day, you should all offer to Me fasting, prayer, and Holy Communion in the intention of your Homeland. I desire to help you all. I am ready to fight for My kingdom, until the moment of its complete liberation. Carry out My recommendations and I will lead you to victory over all your enemies and the enemies of the Triune God. (…) I bless your nation and all its children, these gathered in the country and those lost in foreign lands. May God almighty unite your hearts and strengthen them in grace, so you will not squander it and fully united intercede with Me for other nations of the whole world. Amen.

 

4. Fast under the Marian Rule

Mother of God:  My daughter, I come to teach you about the conduct during fasting. I know that you have great difficulties in maintaining a fast on bread and water. Your malaise is associated with the dehydration of the organism and the procrastination in consuming a meal until the moment in which you already begin to feel ill. Try to drink warm water since the early morning, to warm up and stimulate the organism, and after eat breakfast consisting only of bread. However, eat at least two slices of bread, regardless of whether you are hungry or not.

The secret of fasting resides in being able to resist temptation. You will manage to withstand the fast and offer it to Me, if you ask Me for it earlier and if you realize prior to it why you are fasting and what is the reason for your resolution. I ask for a fast for two reasons. Firstly, I desire a sacrifice of atonement for the sins of the world. Secondly, I desire to lead you to Heaven, and the fast is a path to the sanctification of the soul. It is much easier for the man who is fasting to accept spiritual gifts than for the one who is not fasting.

Another important condition in keeping a fast is not consuming a hearty meal the evening of the day before. Contrary to appearances, it does not help at all. It is better to eat lightly and wake up with a light stomach than to be tired and without strength from the very beginning of the day. In general, if you eliminate excessive intake of food, then it will also be easier for the organism to accept the fast.

If you will fast regularly, the pain will disappear. If not regularly, you will keep struggling with it. The resolution about fasting should be constant. If you find yourself a justification once, you will always look for it. This is why it was easier for you at the beginning, and then more and more difficult, because you did not allow yourself any reprieve and you did not even consider the possibility of breaking the fast. The decision to undertake a fast on a particular day should be irrevocable. If you have already decided this, persevere. Then, this one temptation to abandon the fast will leave you. Remember that this is one of the few things for which I ask you, and unfortunately it is one of the most reluctantly realized requests. I know that this is not easy for you, but it is an easy way to gain the souls of sinners for Me. Think about others, about people who do not know God and sacrifice yourselves for them, because without your sacrifice I can not help them.

In the moment of the strongest temptation, try to immediately offer the fast in some intention. It can be My intention. You can offer it in the intention of sinners, the souls in Purgatory, peace in the world, your homeland, or a concrete matter that is important to you. I ask you however for the inclusion of fasting into your life, because you need it very much.  I also need it very much, and this is why I ask you for help through this sacrifice.  Ask the Holy Spirit for help, so He might be in control of your bodies. Fulfill My recommendations, and the fast will become possible for you. Not only that, it will become desirable for you. I will support you in these efforts, but do not give up; go ahead with this sacrifice because I ask for it.

Thanks to your efforts, I can hold back a lot of evil and many of its effects. However, I need your sacrifices. This is very important. Try to carry out My will at least for one month, and you will see and become convinced that you will be full of peace and it will be easier for you to master your emotions. A change already visible to you will occur in your souls, and I will perform changes in your surroundings. Believe in the strength of this sacrifice. Unite your fast with the fast of Jesus, and offer Him your temptations; remember that He also was tempted and persevered.

I will be very happy if you listen to Me, because many of you want to serve Me, but you are waiting for My graces. I also wish to make use of you, but without your collaboration, I can not accomplish much even in yourselves, let alone toward others, for whom you ask Me. Do not leave Me alone, but help Me to save the world and numerous souls. Listen only to what I ask you for, and we will accomplish a great deal. I ask you for obedience and that you take deep into your heart My requests and try to fulfill them. Then, you will truly become My children and show Me your love, because the child who loves his mother fulfills her requests. Amen. I bless you all in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

 

5. The Army of Mary

Mother of God:  Mother of God:  I want to tell you about the role that has been appointed to Me by God in these times, in which He looks upon the Earth with great sadness. On this Earth, planted with His merciful hand, is growing sin so great that it already obscures the sun, whose rays break with difficulty through the crust of unbelief and unrighteousness.

However, My Daughter, I can never say and you also should never say that there is no more hope. There is always hope because God always is, and God is the hope of mankind. If God did not desire to save man and to save the world, He would not have revealed His Son. Thus, there is hope and it always remains, in spite of all the events in the world. I want to show you how to search for that hope which you are losing while looking at the actions of the rulers.

The Earth governs itself by its own rules on Earth, but Heaven rules over Earth, and not vice versa. Thus, the Earth is always the subject of its Lord. I want to bring peace by achieving victory over the world through My Immaculate Heart. The world will fight with Me and those who belong to Me, but it can not defeat Me, neither those who entrusted themselves to Me. The fight, the real fight, which takes place in the world, is a fight between the world of evil and the children of truth. You are oppressed so that the glory of God may manifest itself in you. I will lead you to war with the invisible forces of evil that want to defeat you, yet remain invisible for the world of the senses, not for Me. I see the evil that spins sinister plans and I know the power that may oppose them. If you remain very close to Me, you will always follow the right path and will not succumb to doubt. I always know the way out and I can walk you through this time of darkness. The fate of My children is in My hands. Follow Me by imitating Me and listening carefully to My advice. Through you, who listen to My voice, I wish to defeat evil and restore peace upon the world.

God appears to be forsaking the world, leaving it to its own sin and the consequences of sin, but I remain close to you from the Will of God, in which God shows you His love. My admonitions, tears, and miracles are the light for the world, so it may recognize its sin and turn back from the road leading to the eternal abyss. I would like the world to know how much I love it and how much I care about all those who remain in it. My children, if you want to join in My prayer for the world and also be the light that will stop countless souls from self-destruction, listen carefully to My voice and fulfill My requests with zeal, not picking and choosing among them. I ask you for things that are necessary for the conversion of mankind and for the alleviation of the anger of My Son. I ask you once again. Do not talk to Me about love, but show it to Me by fulfilling My requests. You will show Me your love if your hearts will follow the commandments of love.

The world will not convert if even those who call themselves My children will not fulfill My will. I ask you to pray wholeheartedly for the dying world and for sinners, whom disbelief brought on the road of perdition. If sin will not be stopped and atoned for, the world will destroy itself. You can not look back at others. If you have heard My words, it means that precisely you have been called upon to fulfill My will and save mankind. The prayer for which I ask you is sincere, humble, and greathearted. It is a prayer that goes beyond the problems of your homes, a prayer reaching all corners of the world and reaching Heaven. Pray for the whole world, so it may turn towards God, undertake penance and conversion. Keep hope while praying for sinners. Believe in the power of your prayers, and leave the time to God. Do not lose hope and pray, entrusting your prayers to Me, and I will make use of them.

I ask you to pray the Rosary. The Rosary is My most powerful weapon against the forces of the enemy. Pray the Rosary every day, and not only from time to time when you feel such a need. Also, pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, because this prayer immerses the whole world and all the sinners in the immeasurable mercy of God. Only this remains to the world, to apologize and to ask for mercy.

Remember about visiting the Blessed Sacrament. Where the Blessed Sacrament is truly loved and revered, there Jesus will remain among you. Worship the places where resides My Son, because disbelief spreads on Earth like the plague, taking away My Son from mankind. Try to make a resolution, so that the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament would not be only upon feast days, but possibly frequent and sincere. I do not ask for hours of prayer, but for remembrance and worship that you show My Son and gratitude for His sacrifice, in which He remains locked in all the Tabernacles of the world.

I ask you to fast as atonement for the sin of gluttony, with which one insults the goodness of God and unjustly divides His benefits. If you could relocate to places where one eats as often as you fast, surely you would comprehend My words. It is not much, what I ask you for. However, give Me this “not much’’, and I will multiply this sacrifice and gain nourishment for My children. Why are you still lingering with the fulfillment of My will? I wish that you make resolutions and observe them. You have received the graces to follow Me, now do not linger on the way.

I also ask you to participate in the sacraments of the Church, the Holy Mass, the Holy Communion, and the Sacrament of Penance. Rejoice from the grace that you still have so many priests and seek their gifts by making use of their ministry. Pray for priests, entrusting them to my Immaculate Heart.

My children, preserve faithfulness in your conduct. Let what is in your hearts be the same as what is on your lips. Let your actions attest to the truth of your words. I need your sacrifices, but many among you read off My words as requests directed to saints or lonely people who have a lot of time to devote themselves to the service of God. Of course not. I direct My requests to all believers, from little children to the elderly, from singles to large families. I do not choose you among the worthy and the unworthy. Help Me, please, for those who do not hear My words and remain asleep. If they do not obtain help from you, I will not manage to rescue them.

I call you all to sincere prayer and penance. Join your prayers and all efforts with My requests. Do not surrender in the fight. I will lead you to victory, but My army can not consist of one fighting division and a hundred listening to the fight. I am calling all of you to fight. Do not linger with the fulfillment of My requests, because life is much shorter than it appears to you. Only later time stops. Today it rushes, always leaving you with little time for penance and conversion. If you want to transform the face of the world, if you want to accomplish something great in your nation, apply yourselves wholeheartedly to fulfill My requests.

Start today already to realize My will. You will be able to rest all eternity, but now get to work and introduce into your life these noble resolutions, because if you do not do this now, you will be planning improvement until death and I will never receive from you what has been promised to Me. I bless you all. My call should be an honor for you; meanwhile many of you hope that I speak to someone else. If only those who vowed Me love will fulfill My will, then I can already accomplish a lot, but this is just the beginning, the start of what I want to do for the salvation of mankind and the world. Amen.
