Lord Jesus: So listen, I am present in the Most Holy Sacrament that you receive. I want man to understand that the Holy Communion strengthens the soul in goodness and prevents the commitment of sins. Thus, today, I would like to explain to you the mystery of why the morning Holy Mass is the most appropriate and the soul derives the greatest benefit from it.

The truth is that the Holy Mass, as a renewal of My Sacrifice, should be celebrated in the morning hours, and the afternoon hours have been introduced along with many other conveniences for people. As a real sacrifice, and not a fictitious reminder, the Holy Mass should be renewed at a time similar to that at which it actually took place, that is, from the morning hours until 3:00 p.m., which is the hour of My death. At that hour, the Sacrifice ended and the hour of Mercy began, during which the world was washed by the streams of My Blood and Water from My Heart.

The second reason why the morning hour is more appropriate for celebrating the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is that it is then easier for the celebrant, as well as for those participating in the Sacrifice, to observe the Eucharistic fast. The more a soul is aware of the sublimity and the solemnity of this Sacrament, the longer she desires to observe this fast. Thus, receiving the Holy Communion on an empty stomach is the highest degree of the Eucharistic fast and, at the same time, penance for committed venial sins. By approaching the Lord’s table first, before approaching the human and corporeal table, man pays homage to God, placing God before “the matters of the stomach.” This is pleasing to God, for, as you know, the first commandment says: “You shall have no other gods before Me.” Therefore, by expecting more from you, I am specifying to you exactly how you can perfectly fulfill this commandment in order to bring Me joy. For the same reason, I have asked you that the morning prayer not be said after performing a few other activities, but as the first thing you do in the morning.

The third reason why the morning Mass is most advisable is that it protects the soul from committing sins by warding off temptations and strengthening in good resolutions.
