Lord Jesus:  So listen, I am present in the Most Holy Sacrament that you receive. I want man to understand that the Holy Communion strengthens the soul in goodness and prevents the committment of sins. Thus, today, I would like to explain to you the mystery of why the morning Holy Mass is the most appropriate and the soul derives the greatest benefit from it.
