I want the world to repent, but the world does not want to repent. So it forces Me to take actions that I do not desire. You know that those who fast will not starve, and those who repent will not be driven away from their homes. Those who fulfill My Will will stay where they are to give Me glory and to pray for their nation. However, I will force all to repent, because without it they are incapable of conversion.
